Cycling short route 22 km Lucca - Ponte a Moriano - Lucca

SHORT ROUTE 22 km - ROUND TRIP - FLAT.

Start from Piazza Napoleone in the center of Lucca, go up the Reinassance walls and go down to Piazza Santa Maria and then exile the walls.Following the cycle path in via Barsanti and Matteucci you arrive at the piazzale Don Baroni, where you will find  the ramp that crosses the hillock of the Serchio river and leads to the River Park. Here, turn right → proceed to the intersection with via per Camaiore. Once you have crossed the intersection, proceed towards Ponte San Quirico and then, just before the bridge, turn right → into via della Macchia. From here, continue to the end of the Puccini cycle - pedestrian itinerary, at the intersection with Via Nazionale: turn left ← and proceed for about 150 meters to piazza Cesare Battisti in Ponte a Moriano. From here repeat the itinerary to return to Lucca.
