The tombstone, in honour of the Fallen of the first world war, is made of bronze and marble. It is formed by two parts: the lower part, in white marble, presents the names of the Fallen engraved, while in the upper part, you can see a bronze bas-relief which represents a naked soldier with helmet on his head. The dying soldier is sustained by a winged Victory.

The tombstone has been ordered by a town committee, probably born in the first after-war period.
The work has been realized by the sculptor Fausto Mancini.
