The complex, erected in honour of Alpini, is composed of a bronze votive bell, six cement memorial stones, a marble block as altar. Every monument stays on a large cement base. The pivot of the complex is the bell dedicated to the Fallen of all the wars in the world and sustained by two big cement pillars. The big votive bell weighs twelve hundred kilograms and the two supports which hold it represent stylized the motive of “plumes cut off”, which means the Alpini fallen in war. In front of it, there is the marble block of the altar, inside it you can see a glass reliquary containing the land of Don and an epigraph in honour of Alpini of Don. The six memorial stones, placed at semicircle on the base, indicate the Alpine Divisions: Cunense, Alpi Graie, Taurinense, Tridentina, Pusteira, Julia.

Realized between 1981 and 1982, the monument has been officially inaugurated on 27th June 1982.

The architect Tito Salvatori was the author of the project.
It seems necessary to add to the complex a cross, erected in honour of a fallen marine, even if it is on the territory of the town of Minucciano.
The votive bell was fused by Mr. Capanni of Sparavalle, near Castelnuovo on the mountains of Reggio Emilia, in the same foundry where it was realized the figure of “Mater Dolorosa” of Sanctuary of Rovereto.
