Lucca Biennale Cartasia - XI edizione

Tradition, culture, innovation and sustainability are the keywords of Lucca Biennale, the largest event in the world on paper art, design and architecture. The Biennale animates the city of Lucca in the summer months, creating outdoor and indoor exhibitions, monumental sculptures, architectures, conferences, workshops and many other events dedicated to the world of paper. An initiative that wants to bring to life and discover the artistic and technological facets of the Lucca paper tradition, through a range of events designed for all types of visitors, from art enthusiasts to curious people who want an alternative experience rich in culture.
Visitors can live Paper Art also in restaurants, shops or professional studios. Works are made from artists from all over the world.
