On stage for the first time in Tuscany, Sunday 22 September 18.00 at the S. Girolamo Theatre in Lucca, B&B is a show that sets out to reinterpret cabaret from a modern viewpoint.
The theatrical and musical performance is based on an original dramaturgy, with the songs of Bertolt Brecht and Boris Vian.
It is subdivided into four sections, paralleling the four movements that characterise the musical genre of the “sonata” and three grotesque interludes, a series of surprises for the public, with the aim of celebrating certain values and sentiments, such as freedom of expression and speech, the right to irony and to criticise power, the joy of gracious and light seduction, that even in our day and age seem to be under threat.
