The Woman’s Centre in Lucca has organised a talk by the title “FLEXIBILITY’. Rhetoric and policies of a contemporary condition”, chaired by Ilaria Possenti, to be held on Wednesday 25 September 2013, 16:30, at the Auditorium of the Agorà Cultural Centre.
Contributions will also be made by Elisabetta Tarquini, employment judge at the law court of Pisa.
The Councillor for Equality of the Provincial Authorities of Lucca will also attend and participate in the event.
Note: Ilaria Possenti concerns herself with identity/alterity, subjectivity and citizenship in the teorica and political reflection of contemporary philosophy and social sciences. After completing a Specialisation course in “Philosophy of Social Sciences” in 2000 at SSSUP “Sant’Anna” in Pisa and a one-year study placement at the Université de Nanterre-Paris X, she has conducted research and taught from a multidisciplinary viewpoint at a number of Italian universities. She has worked within the University of Pisa as a lecturer since 2005, and as an “associate researcher” at the Cisp since 2011.
