The Lucca Musical Association, recently awarded a plaque for its 50th year of activity by the President of the Republic, presents the new Winter Chamber Music Season with 15 concerts taking place for the most part at the San Micheletto Auditorium from January to March.
Under the title “Suoni, tra identità e metamorfosi” (Sounds, from identities to metamorphosis) the series will feature both famous artists and young international talents, telling us in music and words (some of the concerts will be preceded by short conferences) of the changes of the music and of the composers’ identities through different places and times.
The Chamber Season forms part of the yearly programme of AML, that occurs over the whole province with numerous collaborations, including the mediapartnership by Rai Radio Tre, Italy’s classical music radio channel par excellence.
This broadcasting station will follow Lucca’s music season from up close and publicize the Association’s many projects.
