Following the success of last year’s event, made up of meetings on oriental and Italian arts, graphic art and photography, the Brilla reopens its doors to a new triptych of exhibitions for “immaginaRIamente”.
- “Incont-RI: i volti, Suggestioni Dantesche” by Luciano Bonuccelli. The photographer with a passion for portraits, South America and the Divine Comedy, offers us a cultural mix of Italy and Brazil that even includes the portrait of Israel Pedrosa, the Brazilian artist, and member of the FEB, based at the Brilla in 1944.
- “Ri-tratti” by the two Iranian brothers Dariush and Chahab, with work ranging from lithography, to engraving and sculpture, reveals the hidden face of an archaic, cosmopolitan and traditional culture, in large tracts surprising for the modernity and innovation of their techniques and subjects.
- “Cartoni Ri-animati” are the surfaces on which the Pietrasanta-born Michele Arrighini immortalises his latest visions, represented with an incisive, refined and highly personal graphic technique.
The three exhibitions, divided on three floors of the Brilla, are open from 12 April to 4 May, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 16.30-20.00.
