"ART CLUB 1945-1964” - Gli artisti del dopoguerra / "ART CLUB 1945-1964”- the post-war artists

From 23 May to 20 July Villa Bertelli Foundation hosts “ART CLUB 1945-1964”.

The exhibition is dedicated to Art Club, an “anti-conformist and independent association of artists”(Simognini) founded in the post-war period.

The exhibition boasts a large collection of works by around 50 artists, from among the major figures of 20th century Italian art, who were members of the International Association of Independent Artists or have shown in some of its countless exhibitions.

The aim of the kermess, that includes around seventy works including paintings, sculpture, drawings and serigraphs, is to do justice to the pluralism of intents and voices as well as to the extraordinary capacity of dialogue, the plurality and dialectic coexistence of languages, under whose flag the Art Club was born.

Until 30 June the hours are as follows:

Tuesday to Friday: 16.30 -19.30

Weekend: 10.00-13.00 / 16.30-19.30.

In July it is open every day from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 23.00.
