The work is located in the garden in front of the village cemetery. It is a monument resting on the ground through a stepped base from which stands a vertical stone block with a dedicatory epigraph. At the top of the monument there is a bronze statue consisting of a dying footman leaning against a cross (to remember the position of the crucified Christ).
