The Ugo Guidi Museum and the Jorio Vivarelli Foundation in Pistoia have collaborated in staging two exhibitions with a mutual exchange of work by the two 20th century Tuscan masters, Ugo Guidi and Jorio Vivarelli, to whom the institutions are dedicated. After the exhibition of sculpture and drawings by Ugo Guidi at the Vivarelli Foundation in Pistoia in June-July, the Ugo Guidi Museum hosts “Le madri di Jorio Vivarelli” (The mothers of Jorio Vivarelli) presented by the Vivarelli Foundation in Pistoia.
The inauguration of the exhibition of sculpture and drawings by the master Jorio Vivarelli will be held at the museum Tuesday 18 August 2015 at 6pm, attended by the managers of the two institutions and the curator.
The exhibition runs, with free admission at the museum, with an additional section at the Logos Hotel, until 2 September.
Hours at MUG: every day from 6pm to 8pm. Mondays closed but advance bookings available on 348020538.
Hours at Logos Hotel: every day from 10am to 11pm.
