“Il Cinema ed Oltre” (Cinema season promoted by Viareggio Town Council Department for Entertainment) returns from Monday 12 October.
Thanks to the involvement of Rossella Martina, Head of Culture and Creativity of Viareggio Town Council, and the company “PAI MEI”, the season returns to where it started 13 years ago, the Cinema Centrale, Viareggio.
The programme is curated Giulio Marlia, with screenings scheduled on Mondays, at 9.15pm.

“I am Ingrid”,
dedicated to the great actress Ingrid Bergman, with rare films which she shot herself.
Details:
12 October: “Non essere cattivo” third and last film by Claudio Caligari, well received by the public and critics alike at the Venice Film Festival 2015 and candidate for the Oscars 2016.

26 October: “Per amor vostro” by Giuseppe Gaudino, with Valeria Golino who was awarded with the Volpi Cup for best actress.
2 November: “Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma”, dedicated to Pier Paolo Pasolini, marking the 40th anniversary of his murder, with the screening of the restored version of his last film.
9 November: “Amarcord” by Federico Fellini (restored version).
16 November: “Fuochi d’artificio in pieno giorno”, fascinating and disturbing Chinese noir.
