Around the sixties, a thorough investigation on the municipality brought to light that in every home and in every yard of the territory of Borgo a Mozzano there were many plants of Azalea, that developed and reproduced spontaneously and with great ease.
The first Exhibition, which dates back to 1970, had about 282 plants on display with the help of 72 amateur growers. Today the exhibition presents a vast array of plants and flowers, which leads visitors into contact with what's new in this sector, allowing them to enjoy the superb arrangements made along the streets of the town of Borgo a Mozzano, and buy plants early in the season, flowers, seeds, products and equipment for the garden and the garden, choosing from a wide range of items.
