The excursion retraces some of the still visible remains of this part of the forehead and the terrible events that took place in this area during the Second World War. Starting from Valdottavo, it climbs up above the small village of Domazzano to stations that allowed the German army to control access to the Serchio valley and through the telling of some episodes we will try to understand how the population of these areas have lived through that period of occupation and war.
