The beautiful Romanesque church of St. Pantaleon in Pieve a Elici, in a panoramic position on a hill, is home since many years to a season of great music.
Founded in 1967, the renowned summer season of chamber concerts in Pieve a Elici has over the years become an unmissable event for lovers of classical music.
This festival is now one of the most important events of Massarosa and Versilia and the concerts over the years have been performed by young promising musicians and in particular by soloists and internationally established ensembles. The program is one of the most important in Italy and Europe with prestigious guests and music of great interest, all enhanced by the perfect acoustics of the church and a breathtaking panorama.
