The exhibition / document, curated by art critic Lodovico Gierut and organized by the Committee artistic documentary Archive Gierut, includes more than two hundred paintings, graphic works, sculptures and photographies variously exhibited. Images of the Apuan Alps quarries, from Cardoso to Arni of Stazzema, From Mount Altissimo to Seravezza, Massa and Carrara, unique places that have always fascinated artists of every social status and nationality.
The group exhibition gathers together the works of many famous names in the artistic field and is included in the calendar of official events for the 20th anniversary of the tragic flood event occurred in 1996 on June 19th that struck the Upper Versilia and in particular Cardoso.
The inauguration will be held on Saturday, September 3 at 18:00 h.
