A meeting to explore the theme of Lucca's towers of the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, starting with an analysis of the historical designer Giuseppe Matraia, along with archival and archaeological documents. The event is organized by CISCU – International Centre for the Study of the Urban Circle with the collaboration of the City of Lucca and the Opera of the walls of Lucca and with the support of the Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lucca and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca. Speakers will be Enrico Romiti, president of CISCU and architect Velia Gini Bartoli.
