A fast-paced comedy loosely based on "The trick" by Ugo Palmerini. The story takes place in a court of a Empoli many years ago, for precisely the spring of 1944, when the court was a kind of inner courtyard onto which most homes, most often belonging to different families.
It was a small world, a universe in miniature, which had its own life, it can be said that he lived with the lives of people living there. In the courtyard you knew everything, we are told everything, the families that faced you shared everything that was going on them, unraveled the stories, you endured the pain …… flourished loves.
