The main expression of Christmas in Forte dei Marmi will be music: no matter if it is background music in the streets, music sung or played in the squares and city churches, the fil rouge of the christmas period will remain the music and in this contest are located the two concets of the Joyful Gospel Ensemble.
The Joyful Gospel Ensemble, is a choir born in Versilia in 2002 with the intent to revive the gospel and spiritual music, through its own musical style and a review of the best moments of its kind, a wonderful artistic expression belonging to the cultural heritage of blacks in America. Currently are part of the choir over 50 singers and 5 musicians directed by Roberto Pagni.
The choir, which for years has successfully performed throughout Italy, will propose themost famous "classic songs" belonging to the repertoire of spirituals and gospels, accompanied by songs that embrace great international successes.
