It comes out on December 5 for the label VinileMyrope's new album Jubilum Jazz Chorus entitled "Jubilum Jazz Christmas" which will be presented on december 23 at 21:15 at the Teatro Alfieri of Castelnuovo Garfagnana. A collection of songs that deal with the relationship between man and God and a love song. Some express a tormented search, others praise, other convinced thanks. Everyone can catch a glimpse at some of the songs their own spiritual dimension, find affinity with their own inner journey.
Gospel music has not failed to influence the pop and rock as well as the music of the Catholic liturgy. JJC with the group mixes styles and repertoires from different backgrounds, through a use of harmony that is undeniably heritage of jazz.
The postludi piano inserted in the CD are meant as short impromptu comments to the arrangements sung by the choir. Special guest of the evening is Fabrizio Desideri, who performs with his sax.
