An opportunity for the "in-definition" of the genre, with concerts, meetings, installations, workshops, exhibitions, performances, children's theater and residences all focused on individuality in the report and / or in conflict with the general and more specifically with lack of causality and coincidence between biological sex, gender (masculinity and femininity) and sexual orientation.
The thematic programming, held in the halls of the Tenuta dello Scompiglio, also welcomes the winning projects of the international ban of 2015 addressed to all artists in every variation of the arts and continues until June 2017.
The Exhibition hall will host some installations and exhibitions dedicated to the exploration of topics concerning gender identity.
The installation Camera #4 – The Wreck by Cecilia Bertoni continues a trail started in 2011 and in which two women reflect about their identity, their fears and their loneliness. It is a research on imposition, trhough education, on the traditional dicotomy between male and female, on the wounds that this creates and that remain open and on the manipulation to which everybody is subjected. Cecilia Bertoni tries to overturn the experience of human impossibility to overcome limit-situations.
