In Lucca is time for Wom Fest, a festival that will bring on stage emerging artists from all over Italy. Music, paintings, photography, arts and crafts, graphic arts, live paintings, comics, fanzines, vinyl sales and more will be the main attractions hosted on May 26-28 in the historic Villa Boittini, former Napoleonic residence and jewel of the city of Lucca.
As mentioned above, in the garden of the villa, in addition to the rich musical program, the visual arts will play a prominent role: painters, designers, sculptors, cartoonists, small publishers and graphic artists, thanks to the exhibition points curated by the two most lucchese realities View of art e
of self. LUM Space, a self-production workshop and an independent exhibition space, is a cultural association made up of about twenty young lucchese artists ranging from painting, photography, sculpture to design. BORDA! Fest, on the other hand, is a festival of comics and visual, musical and literary productions, active in the territory since 2014.
Among the exhibitors of the last edition were the boys of the magazine of arts, photography, literature and comics FITTI FATTI, who were chosen by Martinelli and Sala to look after WØM FEST graphics.
