Grew over the years and finally "settled down" in the picturesque setting of Piazza Napoleone, the Lucca Summer Festival has been confirmed as one of the major events of the summer. Internationally renowned artists, a passionate audience of all ages, great concerts for summer evenings are the ingredients of this moment of great music and entertainment within the city walls.
This year's edition, the 20th, sees the participation of the Rolling Stones who have chosen Lucca for the only stage of their Stones no filter tour. The famous group, which will perform on September 28, will give their fans great classics such as "Gimme Shelter", "Paint It Black", "Jumpin 'Jack Flash", "Tumbling Dice" and "Brown Sugar" A couple of unexpected new songs and some surprises randomly chosen every night by their formidable arsenal of songs.
