Spring air in the Museums of Tuscany, which from May 20 to June 4 2017 open their doors with guided tours, extraordinary exhibitions, animations and workshops for children and adults.
A program with hundreds of different activities united by an identical passion: returning the cultural heritage to the community with suggestions that cater to the curiosity of each visitor because the museum is really a friend who never betrays! Each time, a unique discovery and emotion. The topic proposed for 2017, freely drawing on the theme of the International Day of ICOM Museums, is "controversial museums and stories". Particular consideration will also be given this year to the activities that the museums will enter for the otherwise skillful public.
For the Night of the Museums, the special event that will be held all over Europe on May 20, free admission to all participating museums and an extraordinary nighttime opening from 21:00 to 23:00.
