Following its success across Italy, the performance “Caro Giacomo, a me sembran tutti matti” (“Dear Giacomo, Everyone Seems Mad to Me”” for clarinet, piano, and narrator will be performed on Saturday, June 27, at 6:00 PM at Villa Ginori (in Quiesa, Massarosa) for a truly special event. Villa Ginori is a stunning place rich in history, where Puccini himself loved to spend time to compose and find inspiration.
With Salvatore Dell’Isola on clarinet, Marco Di Stefano as actor and narrator, and Massimo Salotti on piano.
Originally launched as a performance project based on texts by Marco Testa, “Dear Giacomo, to me they all seem crazy” has recently undergone a significant editorial evolution, transforming into a graphic novel for children and adults published by Diarmonia Edizioni.
