The aim of this site is to promote a knowledge and appreciation of the museums and cultural heritage of our territory recomposing and reconstructing its ideal unity in the territory of the Province of Lucca; particular attention has been given to decentralised institutions, usually less known and often unique in their kind. The cultural systems illustrated are arranged according to their geographical context: Garfagnana, Media Valle, Plain of Lucca and Versilia. The sections give an overview of the attractions offered to the tourist interested in culturewith a wealth of details and information that illustrates the close relation between the sites themselves and the territory in which they lie.
