In recent years, 4 thematic exhibitions have been held where testimonies of the local peasant culture and the craftsmanship that was related to it have been collected. Two of these then became permanent by keeping the organization in thematic sections: Spinning and weaving of the past; Wheat: from the field to the table. The others, "Transport and lifting" and "Woodworking in the peasant tradition of Lucca", are waiting to find a new exhibition location. Typical crops are documented by objects and a rich set of period writings, photographs and documents. Two itinerant exhibitions of vintage photos were also set up on "Images of peasant life in the Lucca tradition of 1880 – 1960" and on "Images of Capannori in the first half of the twentieth century".
