Summer Solstice

In the days around the Summer Solstice, in the Valley of the Vezza, it is possible to admire a very suggestive natural event. The sun rises passing through the natural arch of the Monte Forato (the “pierced Mount”). This beautiful area is part of the Natural Park of the Alpi Apuane and the authority of the park organizes for the occasion a week of events, dedicated to the theme “Mountain for everybody”.
