Every Tuesday, until August 22, is back the classic summer event, with the pleasant format – suspended between a cooking show and a talk show, between divulgation and entertainment – inviting the public to discover the typical features of the Versilia region and, more generally, of the products of land and sea that make the Tuscan table great.
Today's subject is “I Segreti di Twin Pig” i.e. anything you need to know about the cold cuts of Garfagnana: linchetto, manzo di pozza, mondiola, pancetta arrotolata, biroldo… We will speak about them with Roalndo and Elso Bellandi from Antica Norcineria Podere Le Pianacce, the heirs of a family dinasty that since generations safeguards the secrets of the craft production of top quality cured meats.
Exceptionally the aperitif will have a "thriller nuance" as among the guests are invited two young and capable writers who will present their novels, both rich of suspance: Elena Torre with “Il Mistero delle antiche rotte”, editions Cairo; Barbara Sarri with “Il ventaglio sulla pelle”, e-book Editions Harper Collins.
