Every Tuesday, until August 22, is back the classic summer event, with the pleasant format – suspended between a cooking show and a talk show, between divulgation and entertainment – inviting the public to discover the typical features of the Versilia region and, more generally, of the products of land and sea that make the Tuscan table great.
Today, Tuesday, August 1st will be spoken about "MircoVegetables and peculiar plants". Thanks to the collaboration with L'Ortofruttifero of Arena Metato, Pisa, the public will taste the MicroVegetables, i. e. young and tender eatable shoots produced from the seeds of various species of vegetables, grasses, aromatic and spontaneously growing plants.
