“Around the Wall – Lucca on Twincamera” is the new photography exhibition on show in the rooms of the Banca del Monte di Lucca Foundation from 5 to 29 June.
The famous Tuscan photographer Nicola Ughi, inventor of the Twincamera® method – a new photographic technique patented in 2013, that, using two synchronised cameras allows for the taking of undistorted panoramic photos – is dedicated to the Mura di Lucca.
The photographer examines the beauty of the Renaissance town walls that still, 500 years after its construction, embrace the historical centre of Lucca.
With this exhibition Ughi reveals himself not only for insight and technological inventiveness, but also and above all for the artistic inspiration and ability to capture Time with his lens, in the inexorable passing of the hours and seasons.
