Ars in fabula – Amedeo Paolo Felloni

From October 16 to November 1, the exhibition “Ars in fabula” by Amedeo Paolo Felloni is open to the public with free admission at the Fondazione Banca del Monte di Lucca. Through 16 acrylic paintings, Felloni represents some of the most beautiful fables and fairy tales, taking inspiration in terms of structure from the medieval compositions of early romantic and gothic masters. They are also characterised by a total lack of perspective and proportion and the use of disorderly axonometric projections, which contribute towards directly involving the viewer and stimulating the imagination.
