ARTURO DAZZI 1881 ““ 1966, ROMA, CARRARA, FORTE DEI MARMI

The art exhibition, curated by Anna Vittoria Laghi, presents Arturo Dazzi through the privileged relationship the artist established and cultivated during his life with three Italian towns: Carrara, hometown and place where he studied, Rome, that gave him popularity and success, and Forte dei Marmi, town of adoption where he created some of his most important monumental works and paintings.

The exhibited works – directly from Dazzi Donation of Forte dei Marmi, to which the works were donated in 1987 by Dazzi's wife – include many pieces that had not been exposed for decades and that can now be seen at Villa Bertelli in Forte dei Marmi.
