From May 27 to July 3, the exhibition “Primati. Corpi che ti guardano” ( Primates. Bodies that are watching you) by Camilla Adami will be held at the Usher Gallery in Via della Zecca in Lucca. On show 23 works, mostly on paper, dedicated to the topic of the apes.
Camilla Adami studied at the Accademia di Brera. She worked with many grat artists of the 20th century, as Joan Mirò and Sebastian Matta. Exhibitions of her work have been held in Milan, Paris, Mexico City, Shangai…
The French philosopher Jacques Derrida wrote the essay of the catalogue of this exhibition.
