"Cammina, cammina… Dalla favola alla fiaba" - Incontri a Villa Paolina / "Cammina, cammina… Dalla favola alla fiaba" (Walking, walking... From the fable to the fairy tale) - Meetings at Villa Paolina

“Walking, walking… From the fable to the fairy tale, journey into the experience of the unconscious” is the title of a series of meetings promoted by the cultural association Esserci taking place in Viareggio, at the Sala delle Colonne of Villa Paolina from Saturday 26 October at 17.00.

The series of meetings aims to offer the possibility of pausing and reflecting on the introduction to psychoanalysis and the history of the fable and the fairy tale in Italy and the world, as an important cultural heritage.

Starting with Aesop, we will retrace the most important fables and fairy tales of the 17th century in Italy and abroad, including the rarest fables of Oscar Wilde, to end with the never-ending source of teachings and allegories of Collodi’s Pinocchio, later staged by Carmelo Bene.

The first meeting, Saturday 26 October, will be dedicated to the fable in the Greek and Latin world, held by Prof. Franco Pezzica.
