Before the mayor's wishes then at midnight a totally Garfagnino toast. It will not be the usual uncorked bottle of sparkling wine, but beer spelled produced by the craft brewery "The Petrognola" Piazza al Serchio.
The original toast will see how the protagonists gourmet Andrea Bertucci and Roberto Giannarelli, brewmaster.
After the toast off the dance with Manolo strum and his Nait Orkestra, the band that knows how to join the fun at the beautiful music played without auxiliaries, all in one go, in real time.
The festival continues until 2:00 am when will burn the spotlight of the stage and Abramo Rossi, the director of the television program, will give the order to close the issuer cameras.
