Monday, July 12th, at 21.30, in Piazza Napoleone, the Carabineer’s Service Musical Band will perform; an occasion to celebrate the 150 years of Italian Unity and the installation of the Carabineers in Lucca.
Leading the Carabineer’s Service Band, which consists of more than 100 individuals, will be Ten. Col. Massimo Martinelli, Band Master since 2000.
The programme, especially devised for the town of Lucca, includes a large amount of Puccini’s music. The evening could not be concluded without “La Fedelissima” the Carabineer’s Service Regulation March, composed by Luigi Cirenei, and of course the National Anthem.
