On the 26th of February the Regional Natural Park Migliarino San Rossore organizes the cleaning of the coastal dunes in Marina di Levante (Viareggio) and Bocca di Serchio (Vecchiano).
The event is promoted by Ente Parco Regionale Migliarino San Rossore Massaciuccoli, Comune di Viareggio, Comune di Vecchiano, Legambiente Pisa and Versilia, Oasi LIPU Massaciuccoli, WWF Pisa, SEA-Viareggio, GEOFOR-Pisa.
This year the volunteers will be helped by trained horses and donkeys belonging to private and public owners (as the Town Council of Santa Maria a Monte)that support the initiative.
Meeting at 9 in two different places: one at the north gate of Riserva La Lecciona, at the end of Viale Europa, Marina di Levante, and the other at Oasi 2 Marina di Vecchiano. The cleaning will probably end at 13.
