The Association Bourbon villas and historic homes of Versilia organizes throughout the year a series of initiatives aimed at providing a better knowledge of local history with special reference to noble families and historical figures who lived there in 1800 and early 1900 and who have helped to leave significant traces in the history of the territory of Versilia.
Today at the hotel Villa Tina, historic building from the early 1900s which has kept intact the Nouveau furnishings and the flair of the golden years of the Pearl of Versilia, there will be a lecture on the history of Viareggio in relationship to the art music. The music critic Lisa Domenici will speak of Amvrosievna Krušel'nickaja refined interpreter of Puccini operas and the wife of one of the first mayors of Viareggio.
