Event dedicated to the reading of the photographic portfolios.
There will be a total of five assigned prizes. The winning work will be published in the magazine "FotoIt" and the author will participate in the "Workshop Masterclass Hasselblad", including stay. The first two classified works will be eligible to participate in the final selection of "Portfolio Italia 2017 – Grand Prize Hasselblad" and will be exhibited at Bibbiena (AR) at the Italian Center for Photography from 25 November 2017. The best work of reportage will receive the Fosco Mariani Prize for Reportage. The prize can be combined with other prizes.

at 9:30 pm – Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Sala Suffredini – Award ceremony of prize Rodolfo Pucci “La fibula d’oro”, assigned to Martino Marangoni. Interview with the author by Giovanna Calvenzi.
This year the prize, set up by the Fogfemane Circle in 1999 to revive over the years the human values of Rodolfo Pucci, founder of the Circle and his chairman, will be assigned to Martino Marangoni (Florence 1950). He was educated at the Pratt Institute in New York, from 1977 to 1993 he was a professor of photography at the Studio Arts Center International in Florence. In 1992 he created the "Fondazione Studio Marangoni". Contemporary Photography Initiatives ", of which he is president.
His works are preserved at the National Calcography of Rome, the Cabinet des Estampes of the National Library of France in Paris, the FRAC Archive in Lyon, the Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris, the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston (Texas) , New York's Camera Works. He published Terra dintorno (Earth in the Surround), edited by Roberta Valtorta, ART & (1997) Ozymandias curated by Nicoletta Leopardi (Pagliai Polistampa, 2004), Alone Together (2014). He lives and works in Florence.
