IX Study Day dedicated to the figure of Giuseppe Pera, Italian jurist and academic, Professor Emeritus at the University of Pisa, considered in the political and academic world as one of the founding fathers of the labor law of the republican era, along with Gino Giugni.
During his long professional life he has also been magistrate, lawyer, director of employment law journals and politician. Born in Lucca 9 December 1928, moving from an early age to San Cassiano di Controne, near Bagni di Lucca, where farmers helps parents work in the fields.
