The Ugo Guidi Museum of Forte dei Marmi hosts from February 12 to March 9, 2017 the five artists-students classified in the first three places (1st, 2nd and 3rd three ex aequo) at the VIII Festival of Contemporary Art "Il Maestro presenta l'allievo – Premio Ugo Guidi" dedicated to the best students of all Italian state academies of Fine Arts held in Villa Schiff-Giorgini in Montignoso (MS) from July 2 to 23, 2016.
The exhibition at the Ugo Guidi Museum represents a further recognition to those who ranked in the top three standing out for style and technical quality of their works. The winners are: Dai Yujie – 1st place "Premio Ugo Guidi" – Academy of BB.AA. Brera – Milan – Master: Geremia Renzi. Eloisa Benna – 2nd place – the Academy BB.AA. Albertina in Turin – Master: Maria Marilena de Stefano. 3rd classified ex aequo: Giulia Petruso – Academy of BB.AA. Sassari – Master: Luisella Pintus, Salvatore Calandrino – Academy of BB.AA. Palermo – Master: Bernardo Brandimarti, Chen Rui – Academy of BB.AA. Carrara – Teacher: Monica Michelotti.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Sunday, February 12 at 17:00 at the Museo ugo Guidi (MUG) with a presentation by the curator Enrica Frediani and will be open until March 9, 2017.
