The new collection on show at Villa Paolina from 16 to 30 March, curated by Cristiana Ramacciotti and Lodovico Gierut, pays homage to the well-known Versilian painter Grazia Lencioni, who died in 2013.
The exhibition presents a number of works, using mixed techniques, depicting female figures, often without faces, that leave space to the imagination, embuing the works with a dreamlike quality.
Il volo della Farfalla is open every afternoon, except Mondays, 15.30-19.30, with free admission.
Inauguration Sunday 16 March, 16.30.
The exhibition closes, 30 March, with “Polifonica Città di Viareggio”, which also pays homage to the artist.
