After the success of the Summer Café which attracted a large audience in the most famous Italian talk show, the winter edition of the Versiliana Café comes back with a program of conferences with popular guests and authors invited by Fondazione Versiliana.
Thursday, December 8 at 18:00 – La rivoluzione della pasta (Pasta revolution) by Eleonora Cozzella, food journalist and author of the book with the same title. The meeting will be presented by Corrado Benzio, expert inspector of the Gambero Rosso guide.
