The open-air theater in the Park of Villa La Versiliana is home to the eponymous Festival, a season that includes two months of performances of great appeal in a balance between drama, dance, music and cabaret, in the skilful combination of tradition and innovation.
Next to the theater program, there are afternoon meetings at the Café (the famous cultural gathering launched by Romano Battaglia) with guests from the world of culture, politics, entertainment, science, who have revived the tradition of the cultural circles in Versilia.
The Children Area offers a toy library, entertainment and performances dedicated to the Italian fairy tale, exhibitions organized in the exhibition premises of the Villa, the former Factory of pine nuts and in the park.

Coordinate with passion and enthusiasm by Massimo Pasquini, the 2016 edition of Versiliana dei Piccoli is inspired by the theme of "Arts, Stuff and Recycling" which is proposed in all its facetts, as a game, in the painting and mosaic workshops and in the shows.
Workshops and meetings:
Every day a fun educational workshop will put children in a position to test their skills and learn new things and by playing confronting with their peers.
There will be moments of reading, storytelling and meetings with writers and educators and of course the rich program of theater shows ranging from: shows by story tellers and puppets, puppet shows, shows of magic and other illusions, shows with actors.
