In Piazza Mazzini, on the stage of the masks, is back also for this year L'aperittivo del Carnevale (The Carnival aperitif). From 11:30 to 12:30 the journalist Fabrizio Diolaiuti conducts a live talk show presenting Michelin starred chefs and freshly made recipes of the local cuisine. Moreover nutritionists, biologists, DOP and IGP products, cooperatives, consortia, associations, artisans and valid manufacturers will talk about their creations and provide useful advice.
The raw materials are all related to the area of Versilia, Garfagnana and Lunigiana.
An event thus strongly rooted in the territory and supported by the Bank Versilia Lunigiana and Garfagnana.

at 11:30 am – stage Piazza Mazzini – Ristorante Romano, Viareggio.
After each aperitif a free tasting of gluten-free products will be offered by NT Food Risposte Alimentari as well as an extraordinary snack Bread and Oil conceived and packaged the Azienda Olearia del Chianti.
The aperitif is held also in case of bad weather, in a location specially prepared by the organizers in order to enable television shootings. The event will be broadcast live from the speakers of Radio Carnival and will be broadcast delayed on NOITV on Wednesdays at 8:00 pm and on Reteversilia on Thursdays also at 8:00 pm.
