From 14 December to 18 December a special artistic event will be held at Lu.C.C.A, the contemporary art centre in via della Fratta. The artist Omar Galliani will draw the same subject, Santa Lucia, on the walls of a room in the museum for seven days: visitors will be able to observe the artist’s work that will also be recorded on video.
The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm, and will remain open until 23 January.
Omar Galliani, Born in Montecchio, Emilia, in 1954, is a world famous Italian artist. He has exhibited three times at the Biennial Exhibition in Venice and his shows have been organised by European, Asian, and American museums. In 2006, the exhibition Disegno Italiano toured the most important Modern Art Museums in China. 2010 began with a show at the Borges Museum in Buenos Aires, which will then be hosted by another 4 Argentinean museums and a Brazilian institute in 2011.
