Leggera Materia (Light Matter): L’Arte non Scolpita (Non Sculpted Art)

From 19 July to 3 August at the MuSA, it will be possible to visit the photography exhibition “L’Arte non Scolpita”, the second event of Leggera Materia, running for the entire summer period.

The photographer Fiorenzo Sernacchioli creates art from art, capturing images of marble – much loved and manipulated material from time immemorial, but often considered an immobile and static. Sernacchioili focuses our attention on the light that gives the lines different rhythms, at times soft, at others hard, depending on how it falls and hits the object, underlining how the image of beauty and art can spring from the purity of this material.
