“Lucca in musica” – European Union Youth Orchestra in concert

April 5th 2013, the Basilica di San Frediano (at 21) houses a concert of the EUYO (European Union Youth Orchestra), directed by Vladimir Ashkenazy. The programme features: Daphnis et Chloe (Suites 1 e 2) by Maurice Ravel and Le sacre du printemps by Igor Stravinskij.

The event is part of “Lucca in Musica 2013”, a festival run by Associazione Musicale Lucchese and Teatro del Giglio in collaboration with Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, and with the cooperation of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca, the Town Council and Province of Lucca and the contribution of Lucar-BMW.
