“Le Forme dei Marmi” La Versilia Medicea 500 anni dopo. (Palazzo Mediceo) / “Marble Forms” Medicean Versilia 500 years later.

In celebration of the 500th anniversary of the election of Pope Leo X, that coincided with Versilia becoming part of the Medici domain, which fostered the development of the extraction and elaboration of marble, numerous events have taken place throughout the province.

The exhibition organised by the CNA at the Palazzo Medici stables, 26 July – 1 September, is one of these celebratory events.

The exhibition showcases a selection of creations by local artists and artisans from this period up to the present day.

Free admission. Every day: 17.00 – 23.30.
